Fewer Private-Hire Badges in England
There are too many private hire licences being issued by local councils.There is not enough work to warrent the amount of licences being issued. Drivers are being forced to work unreasonable hours to make ends meet. Licences need to be capped to a sensible level as Hackney cab licences are.
