Make it the law for all public places with toilets to have baby change table

Petition Details

Visited a Subway Restaurant and was surprised to find no where available to change my babies nappy. So I had to change him on a sofa in the restaurant.
After some researching, I have found that public places legally DO NOT have to supply a baby change facility.

Additional Information

I think this is completely wrong. It's not appropriate to change a baby on a dirty toilet floor or in a public open space as you dont know whose around. This needs to change.
Please help get this law changed. So that all public toilets have to have a changing table available.
