Fine cyclists for riding on foot paths not designated as cycle paths.
As far I’m aware it’s an offence to ride a bicycle on a foot path so make it finable and have the police enforce it.

It's already possible for cyclists to be fined if they are riding on the footway, so we're not sure what additional action you'd like to see.
