Ensure both parents get equal access to a child if access has been granted.
The law must be fair and equal for parents. Often access has been granted to the father but is refused by the mother against the court's wishes. Yet the CPS and courts do nothing. Fathers do not get access to the child yet the mother is breaking the law.
