Bring back dog licenses - there is to many dogs not being looked after
I see day after day dogs that are not looked after, that aren't well trained and that don't looked like they are cared about. Dog licenses should be introduced to ensure adequate care and homes can be provided for all dogs.
'At any given time, there are an estimated 100,000 dogs – and countless cats – without homes in the UK.' peta.ord
'Over 47,000 people heartlessly abandoned their dogs in one year' Dogs Trust
The dog license should be introduced to make sure that the correct foods, equipment, vet care and housing can be provided to dogs. Local councils should employ more dog wardens so checks can be completed on all new owners and it is the responsibility of breeders to make sure that the new owner has a license
