David Davis to make good on his promise to resign if Damian Green was sacked.
In December David Davis said that he would resign if Damian Green was sacked. Damian Green has now gone but Davis has gone back on his word.
This is now one of several occasions in which he has disappointed the British public and his resignation would help bring some Christmas cheer to many.
