the d.e.cc are about to recommend that the f.i.t payment for pv installations are to be reduced from 43.3p to 21p from the 8th of december 2011,this decision will back spin the the whole of this industry.and could force mcs certified companies to cease trading, it also reduces any hope of people getting out of the fuel poverty trap with the f.i.t.funding going to the big off shore wind utility companies
