pay rate should not be judged by age
Young adults who want to have a car and a house are restricted by poor wage just because of their age and should have to wait until they are older just for the proper minimum wage, they work the same job as anyone else why should we be payed less.
£4.10 is a shocking low wage and only goes up to just over £5 and hour when you turn 18
