Open up the Help to Buy ISA scheme to those who have previously owned property

Petition Details

Currently if you have previously owned a property you are not eligible for the Help to Buy ISA scheme whereby the government will boost your savings by 25%. This means that people who have lost their homes (often single parent families) are not offered the same support as first time buyers.
