A Life Sentence to mean 'Life in Jail'
Many life sentences are being handed out and this may consist of a 15 year sentence which can be reduced for good behaviour. Criminals are placed in prison for the protection of society, they have demonstrated through their actions that they do not have good behaviour.
Only the most monsterous crimes attract a life sentence,
Crimials get off too easy in society today, the cost may be great and may be keeping the prisons full, but a tough stance is needed on the most horrific crimes in the nation.
