Make CPS change their poor guidelines on taking domestic abuse cases to court!
Too many people are being let down by the CPS, finally having the strength to report domestic abuse to only be turned away as "not enough evidence". Victims then are more at risk as abusers will punish them for reporting it and abusers will know they will get away with it as long as no evidence !

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. We've tried to get in touch to help you write a new petition, but we haven't heard back from you.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do. If you would like us to help you write a new petition, please email us at [email protected]
