Ban the production and use of plastic rings as packaging material

Petition Details

Plastic rings are currently being used to hold drinking cans together. Animals are getting caught up in the plastic rings and need to either live handicapped with them or die dreadfully. Single cans can be put into shopping bags. There is no need to harm animals and the environment.
