Stay on GMT all year

Additional Information

Moving the hour forward and back again each year is disruptive and serves no useful purpose.
People who get up early will still get up in the dark.
Farmers can base their work around light rather than what time the clock says it is.
Children 'walking to school' might find it lighter in the morning, but will find it darker in the evening.

Pick a time (it could be GMT+1 or even 2) and stick to it all year round
