As a much loved British celebrity, Sarah has worked tirelessly to prevent Social Isolation via Social Media. Sarah launched, and encouraged lonely and isolated people, particularly around Christmas time to use the hashtag #joinin on Twitter - bringing joy and relief to those who need it most!
