Do not allow cars on road which are capable of speeds in excess of 70 mph
Given the excessive death toll on our roads and that excess speed is a contributing factor in a lot of accidents: Why are we allowing cars on the road that are capable of speeds in excess of 100mph when the max speed limit on any road is 70mph
