APPROPRIATELY FUNDED NHS USING ONLY NHS EMPLOYED PERSONNEL .
THE NHS IS THE GREATEST PIECE OF SOCIAL LEGISLATION EVER.IT'S INCEPTION WAS WHEN BRITAIN WAS FAR LESS PROSPEROUS THAN IT IS TODAY.
A COMBINATION OF BETTER PROCUREMENT.
NON USE OF AGENCY ,BANK AND PRIVATE COMPANIES .
INCREASED TAX AND BETTER TARGETED PUBLIC FINANCE SHOULD MAKE THIS FEASABLE
