Amend the Hunting Act 2004 so that it is fit for purpose to stop fox hunting
The Hunting Act 2004 is no longer fit for purpose, it still allows the use of dogs to 'flush out' wild animals - therefore still makes fox hunting a possibility.
It is also very difficult to get a prosecution for hunting as you have to have an abundance of evidence against the hunting party. This is difficult to get as they are often very secretive about what actually happens out on the field.
