Offer merger with UK to the Republic of Ireland (Éire) if they leave the EU.
The UK leaving the EU, makes remaining in the EU less attractive for Ireland. Seize the moment, offer a merger with the UK. There is strong natural synergy between both peoples in terms of culture, language and geographic proximity.
