Make Manifesto Promises Legally Binding
In recent elections, many people have voted for particular parties based on promises that were not kept.
It should be made illegal to make declarations in a manifesto that the party in question does not intend to fully implement, whilst in either Government or Opposition.
In order that the voting public should not again be deceived, these promises must be made legally binding.
