Secretary of State for Justice to review the proposed release of John Warboys.
John Worboys, known as the 'black cab rapist', was jailed for raping and sexually assaulting 12 passengers in 2009.
He was accused of carrying out sexual assaults on more than a hundred women after spiking their drinks.
The Parole Board have recommended Worboys' release, despite a pre-sentencing report in 2009 finding that he was 'a repetitive predatory sexual offender'.
