Petition Action

Father's to gain equal residency rights when there is a relationship breakdown.

Petition Details

I am interested in activist campaign that protect the rights of fathers when there has been a relationship breakdown.

To prevent miscarriages of justice that affects child development and non resident parents access.

Additional Information

Additions made to the Family Bill that allows fathers to gain sole custody based on capability rather than if the mother is unfit.

2. Fathers to get equal access once parental responsibility is acquired

3. Enforcing contact when mothers frustrate access more quickly, with more serious sanctions imposed if they refuse

4. Speed up court litigation so that cases are resolved faster

5. A clear time span for targets to be met by both parents when it comes to disputes
