Keep Rapist John Worboys in prison
After being jailed in 2009 for attacking 12 women and police think upto 100 saying he is the worst sex offender in uk history he was said to only be released once seen fit to be safe in the community.this man should never walk free from a prison

Decisions about releasing prisoners into the community are taken by the Parole Board, which is independent. The Government and Parliament can't change the Parole Board's decision.
