Abolish driver cpc, it's not improving driver standards, it's causing a shortage

Petition Details

The Driver cpc was brought in to educate and raise standards of professional drivers, this has had no affect, as a driver I see the standards are the same. Drivers learn their skill set in accordance to their jobs. Forcing drivers to pay thousands in useless training, causing a huge driver shortage
