Birmingham city council are running the household waste and recycling service
would like the government to look into how the people of Birmingham are being hold to ransom by an out dated service run by Birmingham city council in waster and recycling
i would like the government to take over the running of Birmingham city council house hold waster and recycling the last year we have had strikes and now the weather stop them from collecting household rubbish and recycling for six weeks after ONE day of snow
