Change our parliamentary system which is no longer fit for purpose
Allow the PM to resource the Government from the population at large with people with proven skills and competencies in managing large organisations
Political parties of all persuasions no longer attract individuals with the competencies necessary to manage large organisations in the numbers necessary to form an effective government
