My business has recently been affected by fraud and the fraudster in question has previously been convicted of and imprisoned for such offences. By using a false name, anyone can easily escape their responsibilities and continue to incorporate new companies to continue to defrauding the public.
By using a false name, fraudsters can easily escape their responsibilities and continue to incorporate new companies to continue to defrauding the public. By introducing ID checks on new company directors, fraud levels could be reduced.
