Stop landlords for leasehold properties charging what they want for maintenance.
I have lived in my property for 3 years each year the maintenance has gone up by £100. The property has only 5 flats. We have a reserve account for any major work that needs doing. This year I have a bill of £3000 and have been told this is only half of what I will need.
