The govt to require energy companies to provide a detailed breakdown of costs to consumers of green taxes and subsidies for renewables in their bills.

The cost of energy is soaring, this due in part to so called green taxes and subsidies paid for renewable energy.
Energy companies and the government should come clean with consumers and provide a detailed breakdown of the costs involved in delivering energy on all energy bills.
This breakdown should include the proportion of each bill that constitutes so called green taxes and subsidies for unprofitable and inefficient means of power generation.
