Ensure no interference/funding from Russia/foreign power in any referendum.
Despite evidence from the US that the Russians interfered in the EU referendum, no action has been taken. Prominent UKIP individuals advocating a 2nd referendum. Concerns that interference by a foreign power and/or illegal funding could 'fix' the outcome, damaging democracy and faith in the result.
