Impose an immediate ban on the use of Polystyrene in packaging.

Petition Details

Polystyrene is easily replaced with biodegradable alternatives. Polystyrene cannot be easily recycled and usually ends up in either landfill sites or the sea. Polystyrene breaks down easily to ever smaller partials which poison the food chain, and takes thousands of years to break down.
