Make the purchase and use of pepper spray and/or stun devices legal.
It is almost illegal to defend yourself in the UK. I think it is about time; especially considering current situation, that it changes. It should be legal to carry an item for the purpose of defence and the above items should be legalised, even if licensing is required.
