Parents get shared custody if they split unless there’s welfare issues.
Currently the court system is biased in favour of the mother. When fathers, if they can afford to, go to court they are treated unfairly. Mothers have all the rights and they use that to their advantage. Parental responsibility means nothing. It does not give you any say and is not enforceable.
