Outlaw availability of plastic carrier bags, replacing with strong paper bags
Charging for plastic bags in supermarkets has successfully reduced the use of plastic carrier bags. We now need to address the continued use of unnecessary plastic bags when there is a suitable and biodegradable alternative.
