Restrict the payment of dividends, if there are significant pension deficits
The recent collapse of Carillion and BHS have all resulted in significant impacts on pensioners while paying their directors and shareholders significant dividends in previous years. This change would significantly alter management and share holders attitude, as it would directly impact them.
