Change school policy on facial hair growth.
Students reaching an age by which they have to shave never learn how to grow a beard. The world of work allows beards yet the students being prepared for the workplace can never learn the maintain one.
Another reason is that students can be denied learning or reprimanded for a bodily function.
Beards can be a neat feature on a student and as with many religious students have shown it can still look smart enough for the school environment.
Many of the rules and reasons are based on ideals that dont apply to the modern world and should be changed for the betterment of education as a whole.
