Stop Local Authorities giving themselves permission to delete Green belt.
Stop Local Authority excessive aspiration for housing above the proposed DCLG standardised housing requirement, from deleting Green Belt or Green Field by giving themselves permission, or contrary to Neighbourhood plans. Excessive housing creates the very special circumstances and not independent.
