Limit the number of consultants outsourcing companies can bring into UK to 2000
Outsourcing companies such TCS, Cognizant, Wipro and similar companies bring unlimited numbers of overseas consultants into UK through Intra Company Transfer Visa and this undermines the UK workforce and uk people find difficult to find jobs.
This is not a complete ban on bringing overseas workers only a cap on how many can be brought into UK. ICT visa doesn’t require advertising the job locally and most outsourcing companies bring people from offshore as a first step. This needs to be tightened. Unofficial fact is there’s no skills shortage in UK.
