There are systemic failures within the CPS . Alison Saunders should be sacked.
Prosecutions are being conducted in a loose and unsatisfactory manner without all available evidence and for vindictive reasons - putting innocent people through the distress and trauma of a criminal trial, wasting public money - not to mention the loss in confidence in the criminal justice system.
