Africans have to pay £500 IHS each time we renew our Biometric residency
I am a Nigerian citizen who live in the UK and my wife is a British citizen
I’m Nigeria citizen living in the UK, my wife is a British citizen. I applied for a biometric residence permit as a family of a UK citizen. I paid £500 Immegration Health Surcharge (IHS) and was given 30 months residence visa. Now it’s time for me to renew my visa. I’ve always been working, I’ve never fall sick to have to go to the NHS why do I have to pay the £500 IHS again to renew my biometric residence stay for another 30 months residence stay?
