Delay the introduction of accountable care organisations
Delay the introduction of accountable care organisations till after the Health Committee has the opportunity to review the evidence of their potential impact on the NHS.
ACOs are about saving money and closing services. The Secretary of State for Health needs to refrain from introducing them behind Parliament's back.
