Review the sentences of Zoe Parsons/ David Farrelly as they are very low.
Zoe and David where sentenced to only short sentences.
They caused life long struggles for their young child when they caused her brain damage, broken ribs, a shunt to be placed, a 15cm gap in her skull, she has 24/7 care and developmental issues.
