help Support Emma Falivena as she is going to be made redundant at the end of November which is wrong in our opinion after all of the work she has done for the community and the schools in the Derwent area I hope everyone will help to support Emma,show your support for the lady who has worked sporting futures,is always there at Beaufort School for anyone who ever had a problem no matter how small, to point them in the right direction and get them help where needed, in her place are 2 ladies ( and this is by no means an attack on them, they are nice ladies ) who none of you know or trust or respect the way we all do Emma. It has taken her years to get this community running together, supporting each other, joining in and feeling confident. All her hard work just disregarded, what will happen to those people? They will just go right back to the begining. Its wrong and will be the ruin of things in this community :0( MAKE A STAND
