The CPS is a disgrace under Alison Saunders. It must be reformed.
Prosecutions are being conducted in a loose and unsatisfactory manner without all available evidence and for vindictive reasons - putting innocent people through the distress and trauma of a criminal trial, wasting public money and undermining the public's confidence in the criminal justice system.
