Sack Cleveland police officers responsible for shoting abandoned dog.
On the 21st of January 2018 an elderly German shepherd was tied to a lamppost and abandoned, the police were unable to find the owner.
Rather then sedate the dog then monitor and assess its behaviour in a kennel as is normal procedure they shot it and in front of children.
