Make it an offence to smoke inside private homes where children live

Petition Details

Parliament should extend the smoke-free workplace legislation to include private homes where children reside, provide for deterrent sentences upon conviction and a fixed penalty scheme, raise awareness via the school curriculum and provide a helpline for children to report offenders.
