To let all the physics GCSE exams to have a formula sheet.
There are over 40 physics formulea that students need to learn in the exam. GCSE students feel that we need to learn how to apply the knowledge and not memorise the multiple formulea. With a formulea sheet it would help us apply the knowledge and not get distracted by trying to remember the formulea
