Employ the Unemployed.

Additional Information

The Government should consider creating Limited Companies in major conurbations/ trial areas using skilled managers ( who also may be unemployed.)
Those who have been unemployed for 6 months or more should be invited to volunteer to work for these companies at a rate of pay at or above the minimum wage,
These companies would identify and tackle work that needs to be done and in most cases would quote for and charge their customers.
The volunteers would gain useful work experience and employers would identify the volunteers as individuals who have expressed a keen willingness to work and to look for work.
The Government may pay out less in wages than paid in benefits.
