Overhaul the financial ombudsman service
The Financial Ombudsman Service do not follow UK law they make up their own rules and when they make mistakes which they do often but you have no appeal when they do make mistake they think they are omnipotent it time they were bought to boot and Overhauled and made to answer for their mistakes.
