Parliament to intervene with new failed £16.5m Elmbridge Court roundabout, Glos
The new Elmbridge Court roundabout on the outskirts of Gloucester cost a total of £16.5m. It was promised that the new roundabout would ease congestion. It has, in fact done the opposite and created traffic far worse than when the old roundabout was in operation.
