Improve education and support of LGBTQ+ in schools
I want to make a difference within schools to ensure that all pupils feel comfortable with who they are and not be afraid of it. 52% of LGBTQ+ (Lesbian , Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, queer,) .Three in four LGBTQ+ pupils have never learned about gender identity or what 'transgender' means.
Schools and colleges can do more to make sure that students feel open and comfortable to be who they are without risk of bullying or homophobic abuse.
